I suffered a knee injury over ten years ago while playing football that prevented me from making a career in the game. It left me with many complications in my everyday life too and I was unable to sleep, sit, walk, go up and down stairs or crouch properly without pain and I was often in permanent pain for days or weeks at a time.
Over a period of seven years, I saw many top Sports Specialists, including Knee Surgeons and Physiotherapists, who were unable to diagnose, let alone solve the problem, which included several MRI scans, X-Rays and physiotherapy sessions.
I was told by more than one expert that I would probably remain this way for the rest of my life, which was both a frightening prospect and had a severely detrimental effect on my character, mood and enthusiasm for life in general. I had almost given up hope.
Then after seven years I met Bash by absolute chance, who diagnosed and fixed my problem in the first session, leaving me totally pain free and completely astonished! The experience has had such a profound impact on me as a person and changed my life for the better that I've even considered studying Osteopathy myself. I couldn't believe it, it was such a relief and a huge weight off my shoulders.
It's hard to describe the joy at not only being able to do basic things in life, but being able to play football regularly again. I'm so much happier and bubbly as a result and just about everybody who knows me tells me that I'm back to my old self again.
I really can't express enough in words at how grateful I am to Bash for his first class treatment and I will be forever grateful, because it feels like I have been given a second chance in life when I had practically resigned to being in pain for the rest of it. I was so miserable for all those years and now I'm just so thrilled everything has been okay and that I've lived a normal life again in the last three years.
I've also taken on board Bash's nutritional advice and this has also been to a great benefit and has made a huge difference to my health and well being too. I always go to him now over anybody else when I have any kind of problem and I know he will provide the best advice and treatment out there.
I cannot recommend him highly enough and have since sent many friends and work colleagues to see him over problems they've had, who have equally been astounded by his work and results. "My 14 month old had never been a "happy" baby, having had severe reflux from birth. She was always whingy and clingy, even when she had grown out of the reflux. She ate like a bird, and she never slept through the night. As a result the whole family was exhausted and we decided we needed to take action. I had been told by a number of close friends with babies about the benefits of Cranial Osteopathy but not understanding how it worked, I was sceptical. However, after a particularly bad run of 6 weeks of sleepless nights we took a friends' recommendation and booked an appointment to see Bash. Thank God we did! Within 48 hours of the first treatment Jessica slept through the night to 6.45am and has continued to do so (with a couple of blips) since. Her appetite has increased significantly, and she has gone from being skinny and pale to looking healthy. In herself she seems a lot happier, and her personality has started to shine through. Bash explained that her scull was under a lot of pressure and it must have been like having a permanent headache - no wonder she wasn't thriving.

"I suffered a bad shoulder/elbow injury whilst training and like most people consulted my GP and was given painkillers and told to rest. However, this did not resolve the problem and I was sent for a variety of different treatments by my GP. Progress was very limited and I was told that it could take 6 months to a year before I saw any improvement. As I am involved in the training, fitness and movie industries this was not very helpful for my future career.
By chance I was referred to Bash Kaifi by a colleague. At my first visit Bash took a detailed life history and thoroughly and methodically examined my arm and back.
